iLearningGlobal.TV (iLG) began its journey
in March of 2008 when months of ideas, concepts, and dreams
turned into reality.
After a meeting with success legend Brian Tracy and his business
partner, it was clear that the perfect storm of ground breaking
technology and the teachings of the world's leading personal
development experts combined would change the way people learn
forever. Brian Tracy joined the founders and original executive
team of 4 as the iLearningGlobal Chief Learning Officer and
dozens of the world’s top speakers, authors, and trainers followed
suit to create the most respected online faculty ever.
iLearningGlobal immediately began to produce
true High Definition
7-14 minute, content rich segments as the flagship product of
the iLearningGlobal.TV website membership. iLearningGlobal came
to market with the most advanced HD streaming technology to
date and today provides a viewing experience above any other
online portal.
Today iLearningGlobal boasts the largest
online personal development library with multiple hundreds of
copyrighted HD Videos, Classic Videos, audio programs, ebooks,
and much more.
iLearningGlobal officially launched
March 21st 2009 with their launch event in Las Vegas.

spoke at the event including Brian Tracy, Bill Bartmann, Jim

Company Founders
John McLelland
Chairman, CEO & Founder
John began in high-tech medical sales in
the 1970s. Within a few years he owned his own distributorship
– with his organization being recognized as one of the most
effective in the industry. In 1989, he sold his business and
retired. John then launched an international network marketing
sales force that generated millions in revenue and a significant
residual income. In John, we have a leader who understands the
needs of the marketers.
Brian Tracy
Chief learning Officer & Co-Founder
Brian is a distinguished international speaker
and a New York Times best selling author. A self made mutli-millionaire,
in his prestigious business career, Brian has written and produced
more than 300 audio and video learning programs, including the
worldwide, best-selling “Psychology of Achievement”, which has
been translated into more than 20 languages. He is also author
of more than 45 books that have been translated into dozens
of languages and sold more than 10 millions copies worldwide.
He has consulted for more than 1,000 companies and addressed
more than 4,000,000 people in 4,000 talks and seminars throughout
the US, Canada and 40 other countries worldwide. As a Keynote

Richmond Flowers
Co-Founder
From 1989 to present Richmond has worked
with a NYSE direct sales company where he assisted the company
in their growth to more than $1 billion in yearly sales.
He was an All American in both football
and track. Upon graduation, he played five years in the NFL
for the Dallas Cowboys (playing in Super Bowl IV) and the New
York Giants.
In 2002 he was inducted into the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame
and the Tennessee sports Hall of Fame in 2005.
Bill Rowland
Co-Founder
Bill managed and developed a sales force
responsible for 90% of the nationwide revenue at American Business
Network. Then he helped '2020 Companies' multiply their revenue
100x, creating a family-based corporate culture with emphasis
on employee character.
One of Bill’s favourite quotes is, “If you focus on who you
are, what you become will take care of itself.”

Nov
2007 John McLelland (CEO & founder of iLearningGlobal.tv)
and Bill Rowland discussed for 3 hours by phone about forming
a business with Brian Tracy (Bill Rowland’s mentor), one of
the world’s leading business success experts, and they wanted
a way to put Brian onto the Internet. Bill Rowland had gone
from no money 15 years ago to a net worth of between $75 million
to $100 million today. He completely credits Brian Tracy.
Dec
2007 Richmond Flowers became aware of and obsessed
with new Internet video technology that was only available to
billion dollar companies like CBS, NBC, FOX, etc. Richmond contacted
John McLelland about this technology. At the same time, JD McLelland
(CEO John McLelland's
son) was in
California working on major advertising campaigns and as part
of his duties for his current employer was to search for Internet
video solutions.
Jan
2008 John McLelland and Richmond Flowers began to discuss
forming a company to use the new Internet video technology,
possible services/products to be provided, name for the company,
branding, methods of distribution, etc. It was thought that
inspirational videos may be the primary service/product. Conference
calls began and a team was put together to do due diligence.
Also about this time the company which developed this video
technology which charges hundreds of thousands of dollars for
its use, and has made it available to only a handful of billion
dollar companies, decided to give it to one start up company
as they beta tested it, and through our strategic contacts John,
Richmond, and JD were able to secure the right.
Feb
2008 JD McLelland was the first person we secured a
consulting agreement with. He agreed in early February to move
back to Mesa to begin work on the new venture. In late February
Bill Rowland introduced Brian Tracy to John McLelland by phone,
and a meeting was scheduled for March 6 at Brian Tracy’s home.
In February Tom Murphy committed as Advisory Board Chairman.
March
2008 March 5 the company name Easy Learning Companies,
and the company web site www.EasyLearningChannel.tv were secured.
On March 6 there was a meeting at Brian Tracy’s home with Brian,
Eric Berman (Brian’s business partner), John McLelland, and
JD McLelland. Brian Tracy, and Eric Berman immediately saw the
potential of the proposed venture and an agreement was reached.
On March 18 it was decided to secure a different name for the
web site. In mid-March Randy Ostrum was contacted by Richmond
Flowers and on March 30 Randy was introduced to John McLelland;
Randy was asked to be the Master Marketer. In late March two
new faculty members came on board, Omar Periu and Jim Britt.
April
2008 April 6 all registrations for iLearningGlobal
were secured - .tv, .info, .net, .biz, .us, .ws, etc. Easy Learning
Companies is still the LLC and holding company of iLearningGlobal.
April 23 the first corporate Marketer Assistant was hired, Patrick
Milligan.
May
2008 May 1 was the first iLearningGlobal Board meeting.
May 1 was the official beginning of “Soft Launch.” May 1 and
2 the first ILG Signature video shooting took place in Mesa,
AZ, with Brian Tracy, Omar Periu, and Jim Britt.
June
2008 On June 12, the iLearningGlobal.tv Sneak Preview
site went online. On June 18, 19 the first Ambassador Leadership
Event was held in Mesa, AZ, and was hosted by Dr. Mike Milligan
(attendance 31 people).
July
2008 July 18 Glen Anderson, ILG Corporate Head of Customer
Relations began work. July 18, 19 the second Ambassador Leadership
Event was held in Mesa and was hosted by Randy Ostrum (attendance
74 people). July 31 Marketer Back Offices became available online.
August
2008 August 4, 2008 Marketer Replicated web sites went
online. August 5 iLearningGlobal.tv web site went online. August
5 was the official start of Pre-launch for iLearningGlobal.
